1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only under specific conditions and within the timeframes mentioned below:
A. Service-Based Refunds (Website, App, ERP, CRM, Game Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Full Refund (within 24 hours of payment) – If the project has not started yet.
- Partial Refund (within 7 working days) – If work has begun but is not more than 50% completed.
- No Refund – If the project is more than 50% completed or delivered as per agreed scope.
B. Subscription & Retainer Services (Marketing, SEO, Hosting, Maintenance, etc.)
- Monthly Plans – Refunds are only available within 24 hours of payment. No refunds after that.
- Annual Plans – If canceled within 7 working days, a prorated refund may be provided after deducting service charges.
C. Interior Design & Fabrication Services
- Custom Design Fees are Non-Refundable once the design process starts.
- If fabrication or materials are purchased, no refunds will be issued.

- Change of mind or switching to another service provider.

If any dispute arises regarding refunds, we encourage clients to contact us first for resolution. Legal action should only be a last resort.
